Our personnel reports to our home office every hour the status of the support that is being provided via a mobile phone App. Family members have the ability to monitor and check the status of the companion care being provided to their loved one at any time by accessing special client App via mobile phone or computer. Daily service information is complied and a monthly electronic report will be available to each client.

Daily Service Report App

This report can be accessed at any time to check the status of service being provided or to send a message simultaneously to the service provider that is onsite and to the CCS quality control manager at corporate headquarters.

This report is designed to give the client the ability to review all services provided over the previous and current month to date.
